During 2006 Fraser Alexander’s shareholding was acquired by Royal Bafokeng Holdings, the investment arm of the Royal Bafokeng Nation. This acquisition was integral to their 2020 Vision to diversify from the significant earnings they derive from platinum royalties and mining interests.
This arrangement has opened many opportunities to Fraser Alexander, now a fully Black-Owned Group, to grow our business in areas adjacent to our traditional business focus. New service offerings have been put in place. Others will follow as we deliver on our part of the Royal Bafokeng Nation’s 2020 Vision. Our customers, both existing and new will benefit greatly from these initiatives.
We associate strongly with the social agenda of our shareholder. Earnings from the many investments the Royal Bafokeng Nation have made are returned to its people in the form of improved healthcare, education and housing facilities and financial support. |
